ACM’s Aerospace Alley® Future Workforce Opportunities Fair on October 30, 2025. This event is designed to engage students at the middle and high school levels and raise awareness about modern manufacturing and the aerospace industry.
The goal is to make students – and their teachers, counselors, parents, and communities – aware of the broad opportunities and well-paying careers in the local aerospace industry. Those attending will have the opportunity to speak with over 100 local aerospace firms to learn about the valuable career opportunities that exist in the industry and discuss the expectations employers have when hiring. Attendees can also experience exciting leading-edge manufacturing technologies.
Last year we hosted 1,200 middle and high school students from schools across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Teachers have commented this is their best class field trip of the entire school year!
There is no cost for schools to participate. ACM will also provide free parking for school buses at the Connecticut Convention Center.
