CT MIF Apprentice Funding Program (AFP)

$15,000 wage subsidy per apprentice over the course of their apprenticeship program.

CT MIF Engineering Internship Program

All Connecticut manufacturers can participate in the MIF Internship Program. But companies with less than 300 employees can apply for a matching wage subsidy grant and receive up to $14,000 for up to four qualified college interns for summer 2026 work

CT MIF Incumbent Worker Training Program

Funding provided on a matching basis to reimburse Manufacturers for training costs incurred to upskill their employees up to $50,000 annually.

MA Workforce Training Fund Express Program

Training reimbursement program for up to $3,000/person/course.  Full reimbursement for companies with 100 employees or fewer, up to 50% reimbursement for companies with more than 100 employees. Up to $30,000.

Training funds for current and newly hired employees for between $10,000 – $250,000.

CT MIF Voucher Program (MVP)

$100,000 to conduct a project aimed at improving your manufacturing productivity, efficiency and competitiveness. Administered on a first-come first-served basis.

CT MIF Additive Voucher Program (AVP)

The Additive Voucher Program (AVP) provides companies with a matching grant to assist with the acquisition of Additive Manufacturing technology. Eligible companies can apply for a grant up to $20,000 for Additive Manufacturing Hardware, Software, and related third-party integration services. Funding is awarded on a first-come first-served basis.

CT MIF Innovation Voucher Program (IVP)

This grant program is intended to help Connecticut supply chain companies with the adoption and integration of IoT solutions. The program will provide matching grants up to $25,000 for hardware, sensors, platforms, and related third-party integration services.

CT MIF Cybersecurity Adoption Program

Eligible companies can apply for a grant up to $35,000 in total to assist with cyber security assessments and CMMC adoption. Participating companies must pay half the cost.

For capital equipment purchases, a 1:1 match up to $250,000.

The Manufacturing Cybersecurity Program (MCP), an MMAP program, provides up to $30,000 in capital cost share for cybersecurity infrastructure improvement projects located within the Commonwealth’s borders, as part of the state’s on-going commitment to the manufacturing industry.
