CT MIF Apprentice Funding Program (AFP)
$15,000 wage subsidy per apprentice over the course of their apprenticeship program.

CT MIF Engineering Internship Program
All Connecticut manufacturers can participate in the MIF Internship Program. But companies with less than 300 employees can apply for a matching wage subsidy grant and receive up to $14,000 for up to four qualified college interns for summer 2026 work

Funding provided on a matching basis to reimburse Manufacturers for training costs incurred to upskill their employees up to $50,000 annually.

MA Workforce Training Fund Express Program
Training reimbursement program for up to $3,000/person/course. Full reimbursement for companies with 100 employees or fewer, up to 50% reimbursement for companies with more than 100 employees. Up to $30,000.
