Technical Metal Finishing (TMF) offers a variety of specialized surface enhancement services, including shot peening for the aerospace, power generation, defense, medical, and industrial markets, as well as mass media finishing for ultra-fine polished surfaces on critical aviation and orthopedic applications.

Technical Metal Finishing is ISO 9001 Quality, AS 9100 Aerospace Quality, and ISO 13485 Medical Quality Systems certified, as well as Nadcap AC7117 accredited for Surface Enhancement (SE) Computer Controlled and Automated Peening.

TMF holds numerous OEM and Supplier approvals, and is an ITAR registered manufacturer with the U.S. State Department. Capabilities include automated and CNC peening processes (cast & cut-wire, steel shot, glass & ceramic bead), mass media finishing, superpolishing (< 10 Ra µin), and grit blasting (aluminum oxide & glass bead).
