National Peening Wallingford in Connecticut offers a variety of surface enhancement capabilities, with a focus on aircraft, turbine components and medical implants related to the aerospace, medical / orthopedic, power generation, defense, and industrial markets.  National Peening Wallingford has significant capabilities via array of CNC shot peening, automatic shot peening, and superfinishing machines for a variety of the challenging surface enhancement requirements.  We also offer both customer specific and large component cleaning / washing capabilities in an environmentally responsible manner.

The plant is designed and approved to process both tiny critical components and assemblies to mid-size components using mass media finishing and high performance superfinishing technology to provide ultra-fine polished surfaces for critical applications in aerospace and medical applications.
