Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. is a privately held precision re-roller and distributor of specialty alloys including titanium, nickel and cobalt alloys used in the aerospace, power generation, medical and automotive industries. Headquartered in Wallingford, CT, Ulbrich has been in business for over 100 years and has 10 locations including facilities in Germany, Austria and Mexico. Ulbrich specializes in strip and foil products as well as wire products produced in round, flat and shaped wire forms. We have the unique ability to roll light gauge, tight tolerance materials in both strip and wire forms. Ulbrich can also offer special chemistries through our vast melt mill supply base. Utilizing our expansive metallurgical and engineering staff we’re able to assist customers in developing the proper metal specifications to meet or exceed their needs. This would include the ability to manage unique mechanical property ranges, tight thickness tolerances, special edges, flatness critical requirements as well as offering a variety of surface finish options.
