ACM’s November 20, 2021 Future WorkForce Opportunities Fair, held at the CT Convention Center in Hartford, was again an ‘annual success’. This year, more than 800 students and teachers visited from over 25 schools across Connecticut and southwestern Massachusetts to learn about the many career choices available in the local aerospace manufacturing industry. CT Governor Ned Lamont welcomed the students to the Fair and encouraged their interest in entering a career in advanced manufacturing. Accompanying the Governor were CT Commissioner of Economic & Community Development David Lehman and Connecticut’s Chief Manufacturing Officer Colin Cooper.
