On May 21, 2026, ACM members and guests gathered at the New England Air Museum for ACM’s Annual Presidents Meeting—an afternoon focused on leadership, industry insights, recognition, and the relationships that continue to strengthen Aerospace Alley®.
The meeting opened with the election of ACM’s Board of Directors and recognition of outgoing board members Michael Polo and Chris Gessay for their six years of dedicated service to the organization.
ACM Executive Director Jessica Taylor provided an update on ACM’s continued growth and member-driven activities, highlighting the organization’s expansion to 144 member companies and the many programs, initiatives, and events designed to help members remain competitive and connected.
ACM President Chris Kielb reflected on his first year as President and the importance of relationships as the foundation of ACM’s success. He discussed the Board’s strategic planning efforts, ACM’s updated purpose statement, and initiatives focused on strengthening member engagement, communication, and visibility. He concluded with a personal story from his recent trek to Everest Base Camp, drawing parallels between the trust, collaboration, and sense of community he experienced in Nepal and the values that continue to define ACM.
A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the 2026 ACM Aerospace Legend Award to Max McIntyre, honoring a career defined by leadership, service, and a commitment to strengthening the aerospace industry. Reflections shared during the presentation underscored the lasting impact he has had on both the ACM community and those who have had the privilege to work alongside him.
The program also featured a presentation from Jenny Drescher, Founding Partner & Coach of The Bolder Company, who shared insights on steady leadership, resilience, and personal growth. Jenny also moderated a panel discussion featuring Sarah Mears, Robert Lee, Robert Saia, and Tony Cacace, who provided perspectives on innovation, collaboration, and the opportunities and challenges ahead for Pratt & Whitney’s F135 and Next Generation Single Aisle programs.
The evening concluded with a networking reception in the New England Air Museum’s Civil Hangar, where members and guests enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect, share stories, and strengthen relationships.
